The 2016 Changeover evening was a great celebration of the fabulous achievements of Wollundry Rotary Club. Darren Wallace did an outstanding job as emcee for the evening. It was highly entertaining as we found out the inner secrets of members as well as finding out what their fantasy "Victoria's Secrets" are.
As we all know Darren has a wonderful singing voice and he provided one of the highlights of the evening as he crooned his way through a special tribute to Past President, Geoff Hamilton and sang "I Did It My Way"!!!!!
President for 2015-16, Geoff Hamilton welcomed everyone including the Mayor Rod Kendall and his wife Robyn and District Governor Gary Roberts and his wife Marilyn. He made special reference to the hard work and achievements of his Board and the members.
As we are aware Geoff and Jan are moving to live on their beautiful farm in Tasmania shortly. We will miss them both, but Geoff will return regularly as our first "fly in fly out" member.
The entertainment for the evening was not only provide by Darren Wallace, but also by our "Bush Bard" David Benn.
David provided us with a double dose of his bush poetry with his unique renditions of the "Cattle Dog's Revenge and the Cattle Dog's Return".

Club members still haven't seen the $100 on the bar Geoff!

District Governor Gary made a special International Rotary Award to Maria Egan.

Thoroughly deserved and well done Maria!

CLUB AWARDS

CLUB MEMBER OF THE YEAR

A thoroughly deserved presentation to the Wollundry Club Member of the Year, James Hamilton.
James does a magnificent job for the club, writing policies, chasing the red tape makers, ensuring the club's finances are always balanced and in the black. It is one club position he will never be challenged for!

PAUL HARRIS FELLOWSHIP RECIPIENTS
The two newest recipients of Paul Harris Fellowships, Phil McIntosh, President 2013-14 and John Ferguson, President 2014-15 are pictured with their family and friends after the presentations.
One is an avid cycling enthusiast, the other a passionate railway supporter. No wonder Wollundry has been on the "right Road and Track" to success for years!

THE ONE HUNDRED PERCENTAGERS!

Pictured are the members who have achieved 100% attendance for the year.
Headed by David Byfield at a massive 3600%!

Kat was granted honorary membership of this illustrious group for the night and it is obvious that James and Neil were very pleased she was!
