President's Report
On behalf of the Club I would like to thank Jim Gibson for his organisation of the CPR courses run recently by Phil Hoey.  I am sure all who attended would agree that it was two hours well spent and although we would hope not to have to put the new skills into action it is reassuring that we now have some basic training.

Travis Downie and his committee have recently finalised a proposal for the Board to consider at next week's Board Meeting regarding the AED project.  This looks like a being a signficant new project for Wollundry which will ultimately be of great benefit to the Wagga community.

The Board will also consider how our club might best support the Disaster Appeal for the recent Fiji cyclone.  District 9700 are looking to fund a 1000 Shelter Boxes and in the past Wollundry has supported such initiatives.

Our club has been asked to help out with a driver training initiative to help young indigenous drivers gain skills and hours toward their licence.  Cars are provided and members who have helped out in the past report this to be a rewarding experience.  Please give this some thought and more details will be forthcoming.

This weekend will be perhaps the biggest item in our calendar for the year and I am sure we will all enjoy ourselves as we put "Service above Self"

Rotary Information. Becoming a Centurion for Foundation.
What is the Centurion Club?
The Centurion Club is a vehicle for Rotarians to make a personal donation to the Rotary Foundation.
A Rotarian or anyone really, donates $100 aud to the Foundation, and so becomes a Centurion.
In the case of Wollundry members, we already donate $50 via our subs. So for us to become a Centurion we only need to add another $50.
You can do this by paying it to treasurer David, or by going on line and doing it that way. So far there are several Centurions in our club, and I would really like to see that grow to 100% of members.
It's really just an extra $1 per week for us, but the work it can do is enormous.
