 Presidents Report

President's report.

Board Meeting last night included a presentation and discussion with Phil McIntosh regarding a more strategic approach to our major events (Food and Wine and Gears and Beers) and more appropriate governance arrangements between Rotary, Wollundry and the Festivals Committees. The Board resolved to include the Chairs of the two Festival Committees to sit on the Board to enhance co-ordination, reporting and stream line decision making. A small committee is being established to document a charter and processes / procedures for the arrangement.
