President's Report
Welcome back to our many travelers - Ken Cook who has returned from China, Rob Fuller and Wal Paton from their Pacific Cruise over  Easter   and David Benn from knee surgery.

After conducting some research I am proposing to ask the Board to re-consider the Fiji Disaster appeal donation of $10,000.  The Club had approved this for the purpose of Shelter Boxes however that organisation, although partnering with Rotary takes 15% of all funds for administration.  An alternative that is available is a RAWCS (Rotary Australia World Community Service) which is being co-ordinated by John Dare of District 9830 in Tasmania.  This project aims to help with rebuilding and they are waiving the usual 3% administration fee, so 100% of funds would be delivered onto the ground in a Rotary specific project - perhaps even one that Wollundry members could help out with.

Bob Willis and his committee have selected a young person to receive the CSU Scholarship of $6,000 from our club and this person will be named once everything has been finalised.

Paul Murray will be conducting a training program soon (a Wednesday evening 5pm - date to be announced) to demonstrate to all committee chairs and Directors how you can store documents on Club Runner.  This will be an important step in ensuring all club documents are kept in a format that can be easily found - something essential as we swap committees and positions in the next Club year.

Secretary's Report April 5th
REMINDER FOR ALL MEMBERS : If you are rostered for a club duty and are unable to commit to that duty , please find another member to do the job .

You failure to attend to these duties means the same members have to do these small jobs week in and week out.

Please put Tuesday 28th June in your diary for Change Over Dinner.
There will not be a lunchtime meeting on that day.

Members intending on attending the District Conference please book as soon as possible
so organisers have numbers for catering etc.

When delivering my report at yesterdays meeting I failed to read the Club  Anniversaries.

Our Meeting April 5th

Sergeants Session
Paul Milde took the podium for Sergeant session and John Smith carried the fine box.
Everyone who did not have an alcoholic drink with dinner last night was fined. The amount of alcohol being consumed is in decline and it is affecting the Australian economy.    Laurie Blowes was fined for being referred as 'notorious' in the newspaper. He fined Kerry Pascoe and Michael Georgiou for allowing cats to be kept in the freezer. Brent Pickard and Tim McMullen were fined to make them feel welcome at Wollundry. He fined travellers Tim Barter, Wal Paton, Darren Wallace, Rob Fuller, Ken Cook, John Flynn, John Gray, Mal Robertson, John Smith, Geoff Hamilton, Bob Willis. Everyone who was not at Rotary last week as you were missed. Peter Crozier for something. Jeremy Reithmuller for moving around too fast at the Food and Wine, Geoff Bruest, Paul Murray for winning two prizes last week. Michael Knight, Bike Riders, Rick Priest in pajamas and robe as a model.  Paul had everyone stand up and look for the number 5 under their seats to win the Sargeant's lucky prize.  Phil McIntosh was the winner.
Cross Fine.  John Gray cross fined Neil Pinto regarding India beating Australia in cricket.  The only thing worse would be being beaten by the Poms.
