National Youth Busking Challenge

In conjunction with the BMW Food and Wine Festival

There will be three categories with winners and runners-up cash prizes

Under 10	$200	$100
Age 10 to under 14	$400	$200
Age 14-to under 18	$500	$250

All age dates will be calculated on 24 March 2018. E.g.. Participants must perform in their own age bracket. If an applicant turns 10 on 24 March 2018, they will perform in the 10-13 category. If there is a group competing, category will be determined by the oldest member of the group No participant will be over 18

Each category will be required to complete an application which will require all information including date of birth and consent to perform for all those under 16 at 24 March 2018. The DOB will be verified at the collection point for their identification number. Acceptable ID’s include School ID, Birth Certificate, passport etc.

When all entries are received each applicant will be allocated a number. The number will be colour coded so as to identify the age category entered. The number will be displayed at the site at which the entrant is performing.

In addition to the entry form, for those 15 and under, we require a signed parental consent form. Information sheets and Consent Forms can be obtained from our website wollundryrotary.org.au

Consent of Parent or Guardian (needed for children under 16 years of age):

I consent to have my child perform in the 2018 National Youth Busking Challenge including performing at the BMW Wagga Food and Wine Festival March 24^th 2018..

I also consent to allow images and/or video of my child taken during this event to be lawfully used in promotional material and/or displayed on our official website and/or Facebook page. I also understand any children under the age of 16 years of age must be accompanied by their parent or Guardian during this event.
