David gave an update to the club on the drought relief funds for our district.
$290,000 has been organised through the national farmers federation and RAWCS and a
district drought relief committee has been formed.
The dispersal of the funds is governed by strict protocols.
A voucher system has been developed.
Clubs can "adopt" local towns and areas if they want to.
The committee is keen for the funds to be spent in the smaller towns of the area.
Application forms have been sent to all districts.
