Hi all,

Thirty attendees today, a busy agenda and a very emotional presentation by Megan Gaffney, representing the Vilomah Committee as our guest speaker.
Thank you once again to all those rostered for meeting duties for coming early and organising the set up and clearing down after the meeting.

Next week will be a vocational visit to the Men's Shed. There will be  BBQ put on by the shed members, which will cost each of us $10 per head. Nineteen members have already indicated they will attend. Secretary Peter will send out a further memo before the end of the week. Please respond ASAP so that we can have final numbers by the Friday.

Neil Pinto has sent out an email seeking interest from all members with respect to restarting the Meal Wheel Deal initiative. Three members and partners would be rostered together to take turns at hosting one another for meals. There will be an obligation on each couple meet their commitment hosting a meal.
Please respond to Neil's email whether it be nay or yay, so that he knows all have received the email.

All members who have received Youth Declaration forms from James Hamilton, please complete them and return them to James as soon as possible.

Good luck to our intrepid cricketers, Benn, Flynn and Gray who are venturing into the tropics to compete in a week long Rotary veterans cricket event.
Take it easy gents, take a measured approach both with the cricket and evening celebrations.

Regards,
President Phil
