We are looking for your best Landscapes, Streetscapes, Ocean scapes, Starshots;
whatever reflects the wonderful world we live in . - PORTRAIT: People around me.
Every portrait tells a story, be it a cheeky child, a serene bride,
a craggy aged person, whatever.
We're looking for your best people photo here. - GENERAL:
The Rest.
Be it Flowers, Insects, Birds or Trees a rusty fence or a fierce storm,
macro to telephoto we're looking at anything not already covered or
for your interpretation and your camera skills.
There is no Limit to the numbers of entries you can submit
Note: HARVEY NORMAN Photo Centre Wagga Wagga will print up to 5 - 8x12in prints for $2.00 ea when you show them a copy of your Registration Form!

TWO GROUPS THAT ARE ELIGIBLE TO ENTER
- Entry is open to all (1)Junior and (2) Amateur and Semi-Professional (Amateur SP) photographers.
- An Amateur/Semi-Professional is deemed to be one who earns less than 1/3 of their total income from photography. A Junior is age 15 and under.
- All entries must be your own work.
ENTRY FEES
- Entry fees are:
- Amateurs and Semi Professionals are $15 per photo
with unlimited entries. - Juniors are $ 7 per photo with unlimited entries.
- Amateurs and Semi Professionals are $15 per photo
- You may wish to sell your photo during the exhibition. If you do, in addition to printing your (1) Group (2) category, you will need to print the (3)sell price…as outlined below under the heading “Mounting, Identifying and Mailing your Photos”
- Wollundry Rotary will retain 20% of all sales to be distributed to local charities.
- Unsold entries will be returned by mail after the contest if $15.00 postage, regardless of the number of entries, is paid with registration.
- If you live locally, photos can be claimed during the last hour of the exhibition by registered owners who provide valid photo identification. (drivers licence)

MOUNTING, IDENTIFYING AND MAILING YOUR PHOTOS

All entries must be firmly fixed to hard card 8x12 in with Registrant Information attached to the back... No exception.Why this size requirement? We want your image to speak for itself and not be overwhelmed by bigger entries. This size is easy for you to post, and large enough to be judged fairly. You may show an image of any smaller size, but it must be attached to the 8x12in card.
- All entries are required to attach a copy of the Registrant Information (yellow highlighted title in example at your right) to the back of your photo. This is how you get a copy of that sheet....The last step in the registration process is to click on the method of payment . After selecting payment method, you are presented with the option to PRINT the Registrant Information sheet. PRINT THE REGISTRATION INFORMATION SHEET AND ATTACHED A COPY TO EACH OF YOUR ENTRIES WITH HANDWRITTEN DETAILS SPECIFICALLY RELATED TO EACH OF YOUR PHOTOS IN THE UPPER RIGHT…see example at right). please include:
- Group and Category you are entering this photo(see photo at right)
- Sell price …, and if you wish to sell your photo
- A title for your photo (optional)
- Draw a circle around the items.
- Your Photos must be received by Wollundry Rotary in PO Box 229 on or before noon on June 3rd 2024...or you may Hand Deliver your photos by noon on June 3rd to: Harvey Norman Photo Centre, Wagga Wagga.
